2.1 Physical Products

Refunds or exchanges will only be considered in the following cases:

  • The product was damaged during delivery

  • The product received does not match the order

Requests must be made within 3 business days of receiving the item, with valid proof (e.g. photos).

2.2 Services

Payments for services that have already been delivered are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.
